DIVISION II COLLEGE HOOP CLASSIC,
DECEMBER 27-31!

Beginning in 2006, the San Diego Surf 'N Slam will be expand to include a tournament for Men's Division II teams. The competition will consist of a 4-team, 2 game tournament held Dec. 27-31. The Surf 'N Slam has been open to high school teams since 1991, women's Div. I teams since 2001, and women's Div. III teams since 2002. University of California-San Diego will host this new tournament.

The fabulous Westin Gaslamp Quarter is the official tournament hotel, right in the heart of the famous San Diego GasLamp District.

A visit to the San Diego Zoo, a ride on the famous San Diego Trolley, and the great shopping and restaurants of the adjacent Horton Plaza Mall round out a perfect tournament experience.

Booking Procedures
All tournaments are filled on a first-come, first-served basis. Once you have called us and indicated your interest in participating, Basketball Travelers, Inc. will send you a contract to be returned within three weeks of receipt.

Accommodations
In San Diego you will stay at the luxurious Westin Gaslamp Quarter. It features 450 spacious guest rooms, heated outdoor pool with Jacuzzi and sundeck, and a 3,000 square foot health club. Best of all, it is located in the Horton Plaza Mall, which includes 14 theatres, numerous restaurants, and over 140 shops. Horton Plaza is also in the heart of the historic Gaslamp Quarter, in the center of San Diego's Downtown, just minutes from SeaPort Village and the Coronado Ferry.

The tournament package price per person is based on many things specific to your team's needs and wishes. These include how many nights you plan on staying, and how many persons you will have in each room.
